There is nothing like a social ride to show how varied the horse world is, and the Wash Bank Ride was no exception. Coloureds, an Appaloosa, greys, browns, bays, chestnuts, an ex-racehorse and even an Icelandic pony arrived along with their various owners to take part in this annual event, which this year formed the second leg of the BHS East Midlands Diamond Jubilee Ride.
