In all we had 50 people take part and although a few said they got lost on the loop bit of the ride no one complained.  At least the sun was shining on us! 

Amanda (Stott) had organized everything very efficiently and with Steve did a sterling job way marking the route. Unfortunately Amanda had an argument with her bike part way round and injured her ankle, so thanks go to Steve who marked out the rest of the ride on his own!  Thanks also go to Amanda’s husband Dave who did the BBQ as he really is not horsy at all, but still keeps a smile on his face all day and also to Kate Foster and Alan Lovegrove who were our mobile marshals as without them the ride couldn't go ahead.

Definitely a good start to the series of Jubilee Rides – hope all the other counties get such a good sunny day as we did
